Whether you’re a new Mum or a Mum of children that go to School, you’re so busy making sure everyone is being looked after, you may feel you don’t have time to look after yourself. There’s never enough hours in the day and while you know exercise is important you just don’t have the energy to go out in the evening once the children are settled down. You’d like to have some ‘you’ time and generally feel better about yourself. You’d like to start exercising regularly but you don’t know where to start with finding the time and knowing what exercises to do.

Our Feel Good Package is designed to help you mentally and physically.
You’ll improve your fitness, see your body shape start to change, understand the best exercises to lose weight in a relaxed & friendly environment with like-minded Mums. Babies and children are welcome too and everybody is encouraged to work at their own pace.
Having fun and looking forward to the sessions are of upmost importance to us, so we exercise around playing games, this is the type of session where you wont be clock watching! Lots of the sessions are held on weekday mornings, so whether you work them into the school run or bring your babies and toddlers with, it’ll save you having to muster the energy to get to the gym in the evening. We also have weekend sessions and a running group for Mums that want to learn how to fall in love with running.
With this package you’ll also have access to a secret members group where you’ll have access to the Trainers, fitness tips, and other members if you’d like to find an exercise buddy to meet up with in between sessions.
